It’s Fall!
¡Es otoño!
¡Feliz Día del Acción de Gracias!
Happy Thanksgiving!

This month in Spanish class we will be learning about the Mexican fiesta called “Día de Los Muertos” or “The Day of the Dead”.  It is a celebration of family and friends who have already passed away.  It is a tradition that teaches young people about their ancestors and the importance of their history in the lives of the generations to come.  We will have an altar set up in the Spanish room with items that would typically be found for the celebration.  I welcome you to come and take a look if you have a chance.
